Sanction Reporting

As commissioners we must publish on our website details of the financial sanctions due and applied to each of our major providers for failure to achieve national standards set out in their NHS Standard Contracts.

The  Quarter 1 2015-16 Sanction Report details these sanctions for the period April – June 2015 for each of the CCG’s major providers. Where a sanction has been applied, the penalty sums have been used to support recovery and additional capacity plans to aid performance recovery.

At the time of publication, not all April-June data are available e.g. cancer waiting times and all data are subject to final validation; therefore, updated Quarter 1 reports will be republished in August 2015.
