Come along to the Coping with Cancer open day on Tuesday 30 November 2021 between 10am and 2pm at the Meadow Well Connected Centre, Waterville Road, North Shields, NE29 6BA.
There will be a number of therapists giving taster sessions of free complimentary therapies which can help ease symptoms and side effects of cancer. They can also help you feel more relaxed and help you cope with any difficult emotions.
These include:
Auricular acupuncture
Reiki
Reflexology
Body massage
Indian head massage and more
There will be counsellors available at the event to talk about social, emotional, mental, physical and practical support for anyone who has been affected by a cancer diagnosis, including family, friends and carers.
