Dr Lesley Young Murphy, chief operating officer, North Tyneside CCG said: “We are very proud to have achieved this recognition, especially in the most challenging of years. The health and wellbeing of our staff has always been our priority and this award demonstrates the commitment and effort of the organisation to support the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of our staff.”
“This year has been extremely difficult for all NHS and social care staff, so it is important that staff are given all the support and help that they need to help them achieve their health and wellbeing goals. We will continue to develop our well-established staff health and wellbeing programme to support the health of our staff in the future.
