Approach to assurance
The Health and Social Care Act 2012 requires NHS England to make an annual assessment of the CCG. As part of this assessment we have a duty to assure NHS England that we are able to commission safely, use budget responsibly, and are consistently working to improve quality whilst reducing inequality across the region.
We are measured against the CCG Improvement and Assessment Framework, which allows you to see how we perform against other CCGs across the country. Click here to access the measures.
